Hansonthecut LLC: Client Gallery Terms of Service

Welcome to your private client gallery with Hansonthecut LLC ("the Company"). This document outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using this gallery. By entering this gallery, you ("the Client") and your guests agree to these terms.
1. Permitted Use & Digital Image License All images and videos within this gallery are the copyrighted property of Hansonthecut LLC. The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the digital files as outlined in the Digital Image License agreed upon. This includes:
Permitted: Sharing on personal social media, printing for personal use, and creating personal photo albums. Professional credit to Hansonthecut LLC (@hansonthecut) is appreciated.
Prohibited: Selling the images, using them for any commercial or business purpose, entering them into contests, or altering them with filters that change the fundamental style of the final edit.
2. Gallery Hosting, Delivery & Data Archiving This online gallery is a high-end, temporary delivery platform, not a permanent storage or backup service.
Hosting Duration: The gallery will remain active for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of final delivery.
Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for downloading all digital files and creating their own permanent backups within this six-month timeframe.
Permanent Data Archive Service: A separate, optional "Permanent Data Archive" service can be purchased for a one-time fee. This service ensures that the Company will securely archive the Client's final, edited files on our professional storage systems.
Gallery Reactivation: If the Client did not purchase the Archive service and requests access to the gallery after the initial six-month hosting period has expired, a $50 gallery reactivation fee will apply. This will make the gallery available for another 30 days for downloading.
3. Print Store Sales This gallery includes an integrated store that allows for the purchase of professional-quality prints and products.
Third-Party Fulfillment: The online store is an automated service that facilitates your order directly with a professional third-party photo lab. Hansonthecut LLC is the creative provider of the images but does not physically print, package, or ship any products.
All Sales Final: Due to the custom, on-demand nature of these products, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are not offered for reasons of buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that an order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us at hansonthecut@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receipt. We will coordinate with the professional lab to issue a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property Hansonthecut LLC retains the full copyright and ownership of all images and videos. The purchase of prints or the download of digital files does not transfer copyright.
